Relevant Definitions
Phase Change Boilers: Boilers where, under the condition that there is no non-condensable gas in the boiler  (boiler body) or the partial pressure of non-condensable gas (absolute pressure) is close to zero, the internal medium continuously transfers absorbed heat to the output working medium (e.g., water) in the heat exchange tube through a gas-liquid two-phase cycle of continuous evaporation and condensation.

Types of Phase Change Boilers:
Vacuum Phase Change Boilers: Phase change boilers where the rated steam pressure of the internal medium is lower than local atmospheric pressure (gauge pressure < 0MPa).
Low-Pressure Phase Change Boilers: Phase change boilers where the rated steam pressure of the internal medium is higher than local atmospheric pressure but less than 0.1MPa (gauge pressure < 0.1MPa).
Pressure Phase Change Boilers: Phase change boilers where the rated steam pressure of the internal medium is ≥ 0.1MPa.
Working Principle:A vacuum hot water unit operates based on the principle that water boils to produce steam at low temperatures under low pressure, and heat is transferred through steam-water condensation. The internal closed chamber of the unit is evacuated to form a vacuum cavity. Combustion causes the heat-transfer water in the vacuum cavity to boil and vaporize, generating negative-pressure water vapor. The steam condenses outside the heat exchanger tubes, heating the cold water inside the tubes and delivering it to users. After condensation, the water vapor forms droplets that flow back into the heat-transfer water to be reheated and vaporized, completing the entire cycle. The boiler water continuously undergoes a phase change of "vaporization → liquefaction" within the closed boiler body and heat exchanger, known as phase transformation, while simultaneously cycling through "heat absorption → heat release" to heat the water in the heat exchanger.
Heat-Transfer Water:It circulates closed within the unit (vaporization → condensation → vaporization), with no increase or decrease in quantity. It does not need to be replaced during the normal service life of the unit.

The characteristics of the burner
1. The air and gas are fully premixed in advance, resulting in high combustion efficiency.
2. It is equipped with a variable - frequency fan, enabling stepless speed adjustment. The power can be adjusted as needed, reducing the number of boiler start - stops.
3. The water - cooled combustion method reduces the flame temperature, achieving ultra - low emissions (nitrogen oxides < 15mg/m³).
4. It has a lower air coefficient and a constant air - fuel ratio. Compared with diffusion combustion, it has higher efficiency under low - load conditions.
5. Compared with metal fiber burner heads, it has larger apertures and is less prone to blockage. 
Features of Fully Premixed Water-Cooled Burners
Water-cooled Combustion Principle:  By cooling the burner head with water to lower the flame temperature, this principle inhibits the formation of nitrogen oxides, achieving low NOx emissions. Structurally, it prevents the risk of flashback and can further reduce oxygen content to improve efficiency.  
Advantages of Water-Cooled Low NOx Burners:  Compared with metal fiber burner heads, they have larger apertures, are less prone to blockage, offer wider adaptability, and require extremely low maintenance frequency, making them more suitable for domestic use environments.

Boiler Body
The main body of the vacuum hot water boiler is divided into two parts:the upper and lower sections.
Upper Section (Condensation Chamber/Negative Pressure Steam Chamber): Contains a tubular steam-water heat exchanger, which heats the circulating water flowing through the heat exchanger.
Lower Section: Adopts a unidirectional flow structure to transfer the heat of high-temperature flue gas to the boiler water.

One unit can be configured with multiple groups of heat exchangers to simplify the system and save investment.
Mixer:
Mixing air and gas in advance results in higher combustion efficiency.
Variable  frequency fan:
It realizes stepless speed regulation, adjusts power on demand, and reduces the number of boiler start-stops.
Condenser:
Reduce flue gas temperature and release latent heat, Improve the overall efficiency of the unit and significantly save energy consumption.
Water-cooled low-nitrogen burner:
Reduce flame temperature,High-performance combustion improves combustion efficiency,Ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions, low-nitrogen and environmentally friendly.
Heat exchanger:
Tube - type structure with small water capacity enables faster start - up. Unidirectional flow structure makes it difficult for natural gas to accumulate in the furnace body, ensuring high safety.
