It is a heat source supply device that uses natural gas as the main fuel for combustion, converting the chemical energy in it into heat energy and transferring it to water, turning the water into a state with a certain pressure and temperature to meet the heating and domestic hot water needs of various medium and large-sized facilities.

Condensing heat exchange technology

Driven by the fan, the gas and air pass through the Venturi tube. After that, the gases are fully mixed and enter the surface of the burner for combustion according to a constant ratio. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion exchanges heat countercurrently with the water in the stainless steel corrugated tube and the shell of the fire tube. The water in the pipeline enters from the lower part and exits from the upper part. The temperature of the high-temperature flue gas drops to the condensing temperature, generating a large amount of condensed water. The condensed water and the flue gas are discharged together through the smoke collecting chamber.

The fully premixed condensing stainless steel boiler uses a gradually changing wavy shape pressed from 316L stainless steel pipes as the vertical fire tube (patented technology), which increases the heat exchange area, improves the heat exchange efficiency, and reduces the exhaust gas temperature. The smoke collecting chamber made of stainless steel effectively prevents corrosion from condensed water.

Characteristics of fully premixed combustion

The fully premixed combustion mode effectively reduces the emission of pollutants. Fully premixed combustion does not generate fuel-type nitrogen oxides; it does not generate prompt-type nitrogen oxides; and it reduces the generation concentration of temperature-type nitrogen oxides. It also reduces the concentration of CO.CO is an intermediate product generated by the oxidation of carbon-containing fuels. All the carbon originally contained in the fuel will first be oxidized to CO and then further oxidized to CO₂. Experiments have shown that at the flame temperature, if there is sufficient oxygen and residence time, the concentration of CO will drop to a very low level after the reaction. Therefore, the emission concentration of CO in fully premixed combustion is very low.

Boiler characteristics

1.Condensing and highly efficient: With unique patented stainless steel condensing technology and wave-shaped heat exchange tubes, it enhances the turbulence of flue gas, enables full contact with the tube wall for heat exchange, fully absorbs the heat of flue gas, and the thermal efficiency can reach 108%. 
2.Low nitrogen and environmentally friendly: Adopting a fully premixed combustion system and low-nitrogen burners reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides. The NOx content is less than 30mg/m³ under any working conditions, meeting the strictest environmental protection standards in China. 
3.Corrosion-resistant: Using 316L stainless steel heat exchange tubes and advanced automated welding processes makes it more resistant to corrosion. 
4.Not easy to be blocked: The large flue gas passages of the heat exchange tubes can prevent blockages in flue ducts or water pipes caused by gas quality or water quality problems. 
5.Small floor space: The whole machine adopts a vertical structure, which is compactly designed and reduces the occupied area of the boiler room. 
6.Simple maintenance: The optimized structural design makes maintenance simple. 
7.Intelligent control: The boiler can be equipped with a remote monitoring system, making the operation and management of the boiler more convenient and intelligent. 
8.Small thermal stress: The wave-shaped heat exchange tubes have a certain elasticity, and they will not generate excessive thermal stress, thus prolonging the service life. 
9.More stable: Adopting a fire tube structure design, compared with the water tube structure, it has a larger water capacity, is not prone to failures and damages caused by problems such as blockages and scaling, and operates more stably.

Differences from traditional hot water boilers

1.High thermal efficiency. When the supply and return water temperatures are different, the thermal efficiency ranges from 98% to 108%.

2.Wide range of heat power adjustment. The heat power can be steplessly adjusted between 20% and 100%.
