Gas Steam Boiler
Our company's water-cooled low-nitrogen steam boiler adopts core combustion and heat exchange technologies with independent intellectual property rights. It uses water-cooled fully premixed combustion technology. The original NOx emissions of the boiler are ≤15mg/Nm³, and the CO emissions are <30mg/Nm³. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is ≥101.5%.
Fully premixed combustion refers to a method in which gas and air are completely and uniformly mixed in the burner. With a relatively low air content, the fuel can be completely burned, and then it enters the burner nozzle for combustion. Due to the very fast combustion speed, uniform combustion, and the short and transparent flame without an obvious outline, it is also known as flameless combustion.
The water-cooled fully premixed combustion technology refers to a combustion technology that, on the basis of the fully premixed combustion technology, is equipped with a water cooling device at the burner nozzle. The new gas boiler of our company places the combustion nozzle on the membrane wall of the boiler to achieve the purpose of water cooling.
Our company's water-cooled low-nitrogen combustion technology separates the combustion flame from the premixed gas through a unique design of the water-cooled burner head. By using the boiler water to cool the flame, the flame temperature is reduced. Coupled with the unique structure of the premixer, the reasonable design of the nozzle structure, and the installation of the flame arrester, a wide-range adjustment is achieved, fundamentally solving safety hazards such as flashback and deflagration existing in premixed combustion.

1.The whole machine has a small volume, light weight and occupies a small floor area.
2.Water-cooled combustion makes it less likely to be blocked and has a wide range of adaptability.
3.There is no combustion return chamber or front and rear smoke boxes. The welding amount is small, which is convenient for processing. There are no exposed high-temperature components, resulting in small heat dissipation loss.
4.The water capacity is extremely small. Compared with fire-tube boilers, the water capacity is lower. The boiler has a fast start-up time and saves fuel consumption.
5.With a rear energy saver and condenser, the flue gas temperature is reduced to around 50℃.
6.Compared with steam generators, it has a larger space for separating steam and water, good steam quality, and is not sensitive to load fluctuations.
7.The energy saver and condenser can bear pressure, and the flue gas temperature can be lower than that of steam generators.
8.It has a small thermal inertia, can quickly adjust the load, can produce steam within 3 to 6 minutes, and has a low heat loss during start-up and shutdown.

1.The air and gas are completely premixed, resulting in high combustion efficiency.
2.The variable-frequency fan enables stepless speed regulation, adjusts the power according to demand, and reduces the number of boiler start-ups and shutdowns.
3.The water-cooled combustion method reduces the flame temperature and achieves ultra-low emissions (nitrogen oxides < 15mg/m³; carbon monoxide < 30ppm).
4.The air coefficient is lower and the air-fuel ratio remains constant, which makes it more efficient than diffusion combustion under low-load conditions. 
5.Compared with the metal fiber burner head, it has a larger aperture and is less likely to be blocked.
